At World Rugby Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unworn condition. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your rugby gear in its original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode on your return label is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
